CSIRO has two exciting positions open to help it explore developments in the technical implementation of co-designed and digitally enabled ecological monitoring and management approaches. These are three-year postdoctoral roles based in Brisbane or Townsville. CSIRO is looking for early career scientists who want to join a growing and dynamic interdisciplinary team of ecologists, social scientists, statisticians and data scientists who are working on new ways to interpret, translate and communicate ecological monitoring and management data.

Postdoc 1: CSIRO Postdoctoral Fellowship in Co-Designed AI and Digital Data Translation Tool for Environment – This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to explore how creative digital and AI data fusion approaches can enable non-technical users to interpret and understand complex data narratives.

Postdoc 2: CSIRO Postdoctoral Fellowship in Ecological Data Integration – This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong quantitative background to work on developing the next-generation of statistical data integration approaches..
