Lecturer in Biostatistics & Data Science – University of Wollongong

This is a joint appointment with the Faculty of the Arts, Social Sciences and Humanities, School of Health and Society, and the Faculty of Engineering & Information Systems, School of Mathematics and Applied Statistics at the University of Wollongong. The successful candidate will have experience in teaching biostatistics and/or data science to students with limited statistical knowledge and enrolled in public health or other allied health programs. They will have excellent interpersonal communication skills. Knowledge and use of R and RStudio for reproducible research will be viewed favourably. Statistical and/or teaching experience within health, medicine and the social sciences is highly desirable. The successful candidate will be embedded in both Schools and participate in a range of teaching and research activities across Schools.
- Permanent/Continuing, full-time appointment.
- Level B: $107,177 – $123,775 + 17% superannuation.
