Lecturer in Statistics – Murdoch University

The School of Mathematics, Statistics, Chemistry and Physics at Murdoch University in Perth is looking to hire a lecturer. The lecturer is expected to develop scholarly research outputs and professional activities relevant to the discipline and contributes to the teaching of the discipline through the preparation and delivery of lectures, tutorials, other types of teaching activities, and supervision of honours and postgraduate students. Key responsibilities for the role include:
- Developing and delivering innovative and engaging teaching,
- Contributing to research, individually and as a member of a team and produce quality publications,
- Seek external research funds as an individual and as part of a team,
- Supervise honours, Masters and HDR students,
- Contribute to the School, College, University, and the profession through service and its promotion.

- Classification ACLEB | $101,000 – $120,000 plus 17% employer superannuation contributions
