What’s New in the ADSN – March 2024

As part of International Women’s Day, the ADSN is hosting a special online event that will introduce you to 25 of Australia’s Rising Stars in Data Science.

The event is part of the worldwide Women in Data Science (WiDS) movement. Over five hours, we will introduce you to five different women every hour. Each woman will share their ‘Data Science Journey’ story on why and how they are where they are. We hope you can carve out some time on the day to spend some time with us and hear a few of those stories!

SCHEDULE:

  • 12 pm to 5pm AEDT (Melbourne, Sydney, Canberra)
  • 11:30 am to 4:30 pm ACDT (Adelaide)
  • 11 am to 4 pm AEST (Brisbane)
  • 9 am to 2 pm AWDT (Perth)

The full list of speakers is on the ADSN website. They come from 17 different universities and organisations around the country.
