Business Analyst, Technical – ARDC

The Technical Business Analyst (Technical BA) in the Australian Research Data Commons (ARDC) plays a pivotal role across the ARDC Services business unit. The incumbent will work in a Canberra-based team, which has responsibility for the development and operations of several web-based and cloud-based national services that support research data discovery, connection, publishing, sharing, and reuse. Acting as a technical liaison, the Technical BA will work in an iterative environment across the business unit and be responsible for the effective elicitation, communication, and validation of requirements to support the continued development and success of these important national research services. The Technical BA will help define the success and future of these services and other products and infrastructure managed across the Services business unit, as these are leveraged to support the needs of ARDC’s thematic Research Data Commons (RDCs) and for the benefit of Australian research.
