Joining the ADSN: Partners and Members
Our purpose
Australia has an impressive and expanding footprint in data science research and training. We have active academic research centres, government and corporate concentrations of expertise, and accredited university and professional courses. However, this footprint is spread over a large continent; the field of data science is very fast-moving; demand for data science capability and capacity is still accelerating; and there is increasing interest in our collective and national profile. So...
The Australian Data Science Network (ADSN) seeks to connect concentrations of expertise in data science across Australia, to improve communication, encourage collaboration, expand opportunities, and promote our individual and collective capabilities.
The ambition is clearly and deliberately to enhance and expand opportunities and outcomes for all members of the Network.
Becoming a partner
Partners add value to the ADSN by active contribution to the Network, including through
-
- initiating and promoting communications,
- leading events and initiatives,
- participation in meetings to connect and engage with other partners.
We welcome and value your input and will seek to support and enable efforts to strengthen the reach and benefits delivered via the Network. Please engage via info@australiandatascience.net
As a partner, your nominated communications contact will have access to the ADSN website to share news, events and opportunities with a diverse Australian data science audience, and put forward content for our regular newsletters and social media posts.
Partners are also featured on the Our Partners page, where we include their logo, short blurb and a link to their centre/organisation. Partners who have contributed to our Centre Spotlight series will have their presentation featured on our Centre Spotlight page as well as on our YouTube playlist.
Becoming a member
Members add value to the ADSN by subscribing to our monthly ADSN Alerts and What’s New in the Network newsletters. They can suggest content to go out to our networks via the Contribute section of our website, but aren’t able to directly publish content like a partner can.
