Statistician – AgResearch (New Zealand)

The Statistics Team at AgResearch in New Zealand is looking for a Statistician to contribute to science projects across AgResearch. You will be part of a large team of experienced statisticians, providing statistical advice and expertise to the wider organisation, collaborating on science projects, and supporting research.  AgResearch’s purpose is to use science to enhance the value, productivity, and profitability of New Zealand’s pastoral, agri-food, and agri-technology sector value chains to contribute to economic growth and beneficial environmental and social outcomes for New Zealand. It is committed to mātauranga Māori along with Western science and existing structures, which have helped support positive change in farming practices and food production in Aotearoa.

This is a permanent position and ideally will be located at either our Ruakura campus in Hamilton or Lincoln campus near Christchurch, however an appointment at other campuses will be considered for the right candidate.
