Lecturer/Senior Lecturer in Statistics – UNSW Sydney

The School of Mathematics and Statistics at UNSW is looking to hire a Lecturer/Senior Lecturer (Level B/C) in Statistics. The Lecturer/Senior Lecturer will conduct research in this specialised field and align, where possible, with the existing research strengths in the School. The role will be expected to contribute actively to the School’s teaching activities in Statistics across a range of undergraduate and postgraduate courses, including online teaching. The role will engage with and build links with the community and industry. The School also hosts the newly established UNSW Data Science Hub which is a major strategic initiative of the Faculty of Science to cultivate and promote foundational and applied research in Data Science.

Level B – $112K – $132K plus 17% Superannuation and annual leave loading
Level C – $136k – $157k plus 17% Superannuation and annual leave loading
Fixed Term – 5 years CTT (Convertible Tenure Track)
