Solutions Architect (National Health and Medical Research Infrastructure) – ARDC

Closes 13 September

ARDC has launched its People Research Data Commons program, a national-scale data infrastructure for health research and research translation. Having identified through consultation the key digital challenges, ARDC is now embarking on co-design of key national capabilities, some of which are to be operated and delivered by the ARDC and others where ARDC can provide coordination and coherence to a national system.

The Solutions Architect, under the broad direction of ARDC Executive, leads the design and specification of national capabilities. The Solutions Architect assesses current digital health capabilities, designs, and scopes new data and technology solutions to fit the health research environment and address the needs of researchers and research organizations.

The Solutions Architect will lead a nationally joined up technology approach to health data and digital assets including findability, secure access platforms, data integration and advanced analytics (including but not limited to AI/ML/NLP). The Solutions Architect understands how health research and health service processes work and how technology systems can be applied in an infrastructure environment.
