As an eResearch Analyst, you’ll be at the forefront of advancing our research initiatives. Your expertise will be instrumental in providing guidance and technical solutions to our dynamic team of researchers. Enhancing Research Productivity: Dedicated to optimising technology resources, you’ll collaborate with researchers to understand their IT requirements, ensuring early engagement and alignment of IT services with research needs. High-Performance Computing (HPC) Focus: You’ll play a key role in optimizing high-performance computing (HPC) resources, supporting researchers in unleashing the full potential of applications like Galaxy. Collaborative Innovation: Join a team committed to developing and implementing best practices in eResearch services. Your contribution will shape the foundation for future breakthroughs. This role requires a candidate with a strong academic background, significant IT support experience, and the ability to bridge the gap between research needs and technology solutions. The individual should possess a collaborative mindset and stay updated on emerging technologies in the research field.
