PhD scholarship in Diffusion generative models for accelerating Bayesian inference
We are advertising for a PhD scholarship to be based at UNSW School of Mathematics Statistics, for an ARC Discovery Project DP260101187 Accelerating Bayesian Computations with Generative Diffusion Models.
The successful candidate will be jointly supervised by CIs Dr Sahani Pathiraja (UNSW), Dr Thang Bui (ANU) and Prof. Sumeetpal Singh (Uni Wollongong). There will be opportunities to work directly with the project’s external partner investigator, Prof Pierre Del Moral, who is a highly distinguished professor based at INRIA (France).
