The Workforce Planning team at Virgin Australia is responsible for the short to long-term planning for Flight, Cabin and Ground Crew across our network. As a Crew Planning Analyst your role will provide reliable and comprehensive analytics and insights that will support operational strategies. This role partners with Airline Operations, Crew leaders and various stakeholders across the Virgin Australia business to influence strategic workforce planning and labour optimisation.
Some of the exciting challenges in this role are; complex and high level problem solving, undercovering the ‘why’, providing data driven recommendations through resource planning, establishing and monitoring frontline staff KPI targets and costs, regulatory and industrial compliance, and fatigue management in a constantly changing environment.
